As our team has nearly doubled in recent months, we've embraced a structure that scales with integrity: a functional-client hybrid built on a flat-led philosophy.

Why Flat-Led?

Our founder, Thomas Bosilevac, never subscribed to titles like "Chief" because at MashMetrics, leadership isn’t about hierarchy; it’s about vision, expertise, and mutual respect. That spirit lives in our flat-led model, where ownership, not titles, drives impact.

Functional-Client Hybrid (Flat-Led) Structure

  • Functional: Teams are organized by expertise (e.g., Marketing, Ops, HR).
  • Client Hybrid: We deliver value through cross-functional Client Pods, combining skills across roles.
  • Flat-Led: Leaders guide by domain, not command. This ensures autonomy, trust, and rapid collaboration.
